Four Years Ago

Image
Four years ago, we said goodbye to our firstborn. It was the hardest day of our lives...and it is a day that we will never forget. The pain never goes away...some days it only hurts a little. Other days...well, to say it hurts a lot is an understatement. But we were lucky because we actually had the chance to say good-bye. Not everyone is that lucky. So cherish your family and your friends...hug them and don't be afraid to say "I love you". We always told Rowan that we loved him and we showered him with affection. I have no doubt in my mind that he knows how much he was loved. We miss you, Beez. And we still love you more than ever. Merry Christmas! Isn't it cute how both of my boys have bleary eyes and bed head? Brixton started a new trend of smelling all the clothes he got for Christmas. A bit weird, right? I think he really liked the Holland jersey (thanks Dangela!) since he walked away with it! Brixton was the first grandkid to arrive at the Cannington Manor...so he got to play with the brand new castle all by himself! Think he's happy??? He was very happy to sit next to h
