Just Hanging Out

Image
Delia, Nick and Lucy came over to hang out on Saturday afternoon. The first thing Lucy wanted to do was hold Brixton! I told Delia to get in the picture...but I don't think Lucy and Brixton were very happy about sharing! We decided to go to the Holy Family Bazaar to get some home cooked lumpia. Lucy kept Brixton entertained while we stuffed our faces. Brixton wore his first pair of jeans - doesn't he look cute? Later that night, Brixton fell asleep while Tzaddi held him like a little football. I decided to take a picture as evidence that he's a thumb sucker. My earlier prediction has come true! We hung out at my parent's house to watch the Raiders get humiliated. I guess Lucy thought that Brixton needed a party hat to get us in a celebratory mood. Did you notice his hands again??? Come on! Here's Brixton with his Auntie D. You can tell he had a bath earlier because his hair is so fuzzy. After we got home, Brixton asked if he could take a ride on the crazy ...

Not Much Happening

I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything...I guess it's because we haven't done anything too exciting. But here are the latest and greatest photos! Last week we had Winesday on a Monday - Toni and her daughters joined us for the fun! If you look really closely you can see Chloe in the bouncy seat on the floor next to Brixton. Look how cute Brixton looked in his little wife beater! Seriously...it's a REAL wife beater (thanks, Deets!) Here's Brixton hanging out with his Dad eating from his bottle...take note of his hands. Is my kid advanced or what? Here are the pictures I took of our last day of maternity leave :( It was such a sad day... Tzaddi & Brixton goofing around a bit! I was sooo excited to see Brixton after my first day back at work. I assumed he would be super happy to see me...but it looks like I was wrong. He had a fantastic day with his Nana Noni! I mean, seriously...doesn't it look like he's a bit perturbed that I'm ...

Lots of Toys

Image
On Winesday, Lucy decided to play with Brixton during a diaper change. Notice Lucy's panties. She decided to potty train herself last weekend and no more diapers for her!!! Here's Brixton getting in a few cuddles with Tzaddi before he left for work on Thursday. Tzaddi played disc golf on Saturday morning so I brought Brixton to bed with me so I could get a few extra z's. But Brixton was in such a good mood that I couldn't sleep. So I got out a few of his favorite toys and watched him play. After he played with each of them, I lined them up next to him so he could decide which was his absolute favorite. He thought it was a great idea! After much debate, he decided on Slungel. Slungel was made especially for him by his Over-Oma in Holland. She also made one for Rowan, Lucy and Fisher...how thoughtful of her! The Inzunza's came over for a BBQ on Saturday. Here's Brixton and Delia peeking over at Lucy while she used the potty. It was such a gorgeous night t...

3 Months Old

Image
Brixton hit another milestone on Tuesday - he is now 3 months old! I had planned on taking lots of pictures to show how much he's grown in the last month, but the day ended up being way too busy. We were lucky to have enough time to give Brixton a bath before bed - and Brixton decided to give his daddy a present beforehand. Tzaddi should know by now not to let a naked baby hang out too long without a diaper, but I guess a little pee never hurt anyone!

Weekend Update

It seems as though I haven't had a minute to myself this week so this post will be short on details. I'll try to do better this weekend! Lucy decided to potty train herself this weekend (is she so smart or what) so I stopped by the Inzunza casa to give her a congratulatory hug in person! We went to Kevin's house on Saturday to help celebrate his and Dan's birthdays. Becky just got a bouncy seat for her impending baby boy so Brixton got to try it out. He gave it an A+! This is one of the only ways Brixton will smile during tummy time. Here's Lucy & Brixton watching the victorious Raider game on Sunday - woohoo!
