Brixton started off his first Valentine's weekend in a splendid mood! He was so happy to have the sun shining when he woke up and immediately wanted to play. He got a bit angry with me when I didn't play back. Yes, Brixton gets angry and yells when he doesn't get his way! After I stopped paying attention to the camera and started talking to him, he started to clap! He knows exactly when to start clapping...soon we will have to teach him the Slow Clap. If you want to see Brixton yell at me, check out this video: Nana Noni and Poppy Tops came over on Valentine's Day to give Brixton a present. Notice that he has one sock missing. Blame Brixton, not us! Even though Valentine's Day is traditionally spent alone with our sweeties, we decided to spend the day with our favorite family - the Inzunza's! It was such a gorgeous day...we just hung out together in the sunshine and watched the kids play. Tzaddi likes how you can see me and Delia in the reflection of the sun...

This last week has been relatively uneventful...which has been really nice. We've gotten quite a bit of family time and haven't really felt too busy. What a rarity! Not sure if you can tell, but Brixton is growing at an alarming rate. We got down a box of Rowan's old clothes so we could see what fit. Brixton wanted to wear it all! Sunday is our day for making all of Brixton's meals. It's definitely time consuming, but we're pretty cheap so it works out well for us. Since Brixton didn't want to hang out by himself, Tzaddi decided to put him on his back. He loved it! I recently came to the realization that Brixton has five teeth and should probably start chewing his food. Since I figured that out after we pureed all of his meals, I gave him some banana chunks. He looks rather pleased, don't you think? Here's some video of Brixton attempting to use a spoon. I think he had more fun using it as an instrument! Look at our rosy-cheeked little news...
