Springtime Sun

There hasn't been much happening lately...our life is kinda like the calm before the storm:
We know our lives are about to change within the next few weeks, so we've just been enjoying the relaxing days and nights - not to mention getting all the sleep we can!

Delia threw me a baby shower last weekend so Brixton got to spend some time with his Tante Carleen.
They shared a few knuffles!

It seems that Brixton has been in quite the cuddly mood lately!

Brixton couldn't be happier now that his Daddy is home full time in San Diego!

Yup, it's true!
We had our Costco Date Night on Friday and Brixton was excited to be the third wheel.
Evidently I wasn't fast enough feeding him the chicken bake...he thinks he's quite the big boy!

Remember I said that Brixton has been cuddly?
Here he is trying to make out with me in the shopping cart!
Of course, I loved every minute :)

We celebrated Spring Forward at the Inzunza's Annual Daylight Savings Time BBQ.
And the day couldn't have been more beautiful!
Brixton is still recovering from yesterday's sunburn (way to go, Mom & Dad!) so we tried to keep him covered up as best we could.
I think he was trying to get out of the sun, too!

After the popsicle, Brixton decided to invite his Uncle Nick over for some nice conversation.

Fisher and Brixton thought that the patio support beam needed a little TLC.

And maybe the faucet was leaking?

Yup, Lucy is climbing in the house through the window!

Let's just hope they use their skills for good and not evil!

Lucy Turns Three!

We went to a baby shower and they had a bouncy house for all the kids. There weren't that many kids using it though, so Lily was nice enough to take Brixton in there for his first time. He LOVED it! I know, I know...Brixton isn't wearing any pants. It was SUPER hot and he was wearing jeans so I just decided to take them off. A bit trashy, but we were around family ;) The next day, we had Lucy's birthday party at Hacienda Hughes. It was a pirate theme, and true to form, Dad had to create something EXTRAVAGANT for the kids to enjoy. So he drew a giant cardboard cutout of a pirate...complete with a 3D bird and doubloons! Saturday Morning Sweetness

On Saturday morning, Tzaddi went to play disc golf for the first time in 3 months and Brixton and I stayed home. Brixton was in such a good mood and he was so chatty! Of course, this is his usual expression...I think he frowns on purpose so that I'll smile at him and then he can smile back! Pixel has become increasingly interested in Brixton. She likes to see just how close she can get before we yell at her. She also really likes trying to lick his face without us knowing. Luckily, I caught it on camera! Although Brixton doesn't look too upset, does he? Now, this is a rather lengthy video and you have to listen to my horrible singing but I promise you it's worth it! We were listening to B is for Bob and Brixton enjoyed the impromptu live concert.

Happy Birthday, Tzaddi!

We went to Shakespeare Pub & Grille for Tzaddi's birthday lunch on Saturday. Yes, folks...Tzaddi turned 32 - can you believe it??? I know this picture isn't great because of the sun, but it gives you an idea of how beautiful it was! At least I made up for it with this one: Mom and Dad came over in the evening to give Tzaddi a birthday present. Brixton wasn't too interested, though - I think he got too spoiled at Christmas! Lucy likes playing with all of Brixton's toys and doesn't mind sharing...sometimes! Where does she think she's going with his toy??? She doesn't look guilty at all! Mom offered to watch Brixton and Lucy so we could go out to dinner. I don't think they look too upset... Here we are at Shogun's . They gave Tzaddi a birthday hat and made him do a dance before he could eat his free (and awful) vanilla ice cream.
