Four Years Ago

Four years ago, we said goodbye to our firstborn.

It was the hardest day of our lives...and it is a day that we will never forget.

The pain never goes away...some days it only hurts a little.

Other days...well, to say it hurts a lot is an understatement.

But we were lucky because we actually had the chance to say good-bye.

Not everyone is that lucky.

So cherish your family and your friends...hug them and don't be afraid to say "I love you".

We always told Rowan that we loved him and we showered him with affection.

I have no doubt in my mind that he knows how much he was loved.

We miss you, Beez. And we still love you more than ever.
