Winesday

Every Wednesday, me, Delia and my Mom get together to drink wine after Delia gets off work.  
All we do is drink wine (lots) and eat bread, cheese and fruit.  
It is the best thing ever and we look forward to it all week!  
This Winesday was even better because Dad came home from work and cooked us all dinner.  
   My Dad came home and completely held Lucy and Brixton's attention with his crazy story! 
 
Lucy is too sweet - she loves to help change Brixton's diaper.

Nana came over to visit with Brixton on Thursday morning.  Even though she's a complete crab (and I can say that because she doesn't use the internet) she loves little babies.  She especially loves to make them cry.  Anyone who has met my Nana knows how grouchy and mean she is...but look - she is actually smiling and so is Brixton!

Lucy Turns Three!

We went to a baby shower and they had a bouncy house for all the kids. There weren't that many kids using it though, so Lily was nice enough to take Brixton in there for his first time. He LOVED it! I know, I know...Brixton isn't wearing any pants. It was SUPER hot and he was wearing jeans so I just decided to take them off. A bit trashy, but we were around family ;) The next day, we had Lucy's birthday party at Hacienda Hughes. It was a pirate theme, and true to form, Dad had to create something EXTRAVAGANT for the kids to enjoy. So he drew a giant cardboard cutout of a pirate...complete with a 3D bird and doubloons! Saturday Morning Sweetness

On Saturday morning, Tzaddi went to play disc golf for the first time in 3 months and Brixton and I stayed home. Brixton was in such a good mood and he was so chatty! Of course, this is his usual expression...I think he frowns on purpose so that I'll smile at him and then he can smile back! Pixel has become increasingly interested in Brixton. She likes to see just how close she can get before we yell at her. She also really likes trying to lick his face without us knowing. Luckily, I caught it on camera! Although Brixton doesn't look too upset, does he? Now, this is a rather lengthy video and you have to listen to my horrible singing but I promise you it's worth it! We were listening to B is for Bob and Brixton enjoyed the impromptu live concert.

Happy Birthday, Tzaddi!

We went to Shakespeare Pub & Grille for Tzaddi's birthday lunch on Saturday. Yes, folks...Tzaddi turned 32 - can you believe it??? I know this picture isn't great because of the sun, but it gives you an idea of how beautiful it was! At least I made up for it with this one: Mom and Dad came over in the evening to give Tzaddi a birthday present. Brixton wasn't too interested, though - I think he got too spoiled at Christmas! Lucy likes playing with all of Brixton's toys and doesn't mind sharing...sometimes! Where does she think she's going with his toy??? She doesn't look guilty at all! Mom offered to watch Brixton and Lucy so we could go out to dinner. I don't think they look too upset... Here we are at Shogun's . They gave Tzaddi a birthday hat and made him do a dance before he could eat his free (and awful) vanilla ice cream.
