Lucy and Brixton

Here's Lucy standing guard over Brixton at our cousin's baby shower on Saturday afternoon. We had just arrived and she wanted to wait by the car seat until Brixton woke up.
Luckily she didn't have to wait long!
She saw that Brixton was drooling so she tried to wipe his face with the spittie. She had no interest in posing for the camera...she just wanted to make sure that his face was dry!

We stopped by Nana's house for a quick visit.
I think Brixton loves her gravelly and grouchy voice.

We went over to the Inzunza casa for dinner on Sunday.
Everyone went outside to go smoke and I stayed inside with Brixton.
Guess who wanted to stay with us?
Lucy, of course!
Playing in the beautiful backyard or hanging out with her cousin?
Brixton wins, hands down!

I mean seriously...is it humanly possible to be that adorable???
Kids are so sweet and innocent...I hope they stay like this a little longer!



Take note of the different outfits that Brixton wore during the course of the evening. He is quite the spitter-upper...as you can see by the gigantic wet spot on the brown onesie.

Lucy had to hold Brixton one more time before we left for the evening.

I held Lucy in my lap while she held Brixton in hers.
Somehow I don't think Lucy liked the idea of sharing...and neither did Brixton!

Lucy Turns Three!

We went to a baby shower and they had a bouncy house for all the kids. There weren't that many kids using it though, so Lily was nice enough to take Brixton in there for his first time. He LOVED it! I know, I know...Brixton isn't wearing any pants. It was SUPER hot and he was wearing jeans so I just decided to take them off. A bit trashy, but we were around family ;) The next day, we had Lucy's birthday party at Hacienda Hughes. Saturday Morning Sweetness

On Saturday morning, Tzaddi went to play disc golf for the first time in 3 months and Brixton and I stayed home. Brixton was in such a good mood and he was so chatty! Of course, this is his usual expression...I think he frowns on purpose so that I'll smile at him and then he can smile back! Pixel has become increasingly interested in Brixton. She likes to see just how close she can get before we yell at her. She also really likes trying to lick his face without us knowing. Luckily, I caught it on camera! Although Brixton doesn't look too upset, does he? Now, this is a rather lengthy video and you have to listen to my horrible singing but I promise you it's worth it! We were listening to B is for Bob and Brixton enjoyed the impromptu live concert.

Happy Birthday, Tzaddi!

We went to Shakespeare Pub & Grille for Tzaddi's birthday lunch on Saturday. Yes, folks...Tzaddi turned 32 - can you believe it??? I know this picture isn't great because of the sun, but it gives you an idea of how beautiful it was! At least I made up for it with this one: Mom and Dad came over in the evening to give Tzaddi a birthday present. Brixton wasn't too interested, though - I think he got too spoiled at Christmas! Lucy likes playing with all of Brixton's toys and doesn't mind sharing...sometimes! Where does she think she's going with his toy??? She doesn't look guilty at all! Mom offered to watch Brixton and Lucy so we could go out to dinner. I don't think they look too upset... Here we are at Shogun's . They gave Tzaddi a birthday hat and made him do a dance before he could eat his free (and awful) vanilla ice cream.
