A Visit with Rowan

Yesterday Brixton and I visited with Rowan at the cemetary.
For those who haven't been to the site (or it's been awhile), Rowan has a nice little spot under a tree. It gives the perfect amount of shade but still allows the sun to peek through. Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous...not too cold and not too hot.
It seemed as though Brixton could have hung out there all day!

I took several pictures, but for some reason when I went to transfer the pictures they disappeared to never-never land and only ONE photo came through.
I'm pretty bummed, but at least one picture was saved.
It's always so peaceful when we visit Rowan.
It's not some creepy graveyard like you see in horror movies...it's actually one of the most beautiful places in the city. It's not easy to find so much grass in one place that isn't occupied by blankets, umbrellas or screaming kids. The only sounds you hear are the birds chirping and the wind blowing through the trees.
It's a great place for me and Tzaddi to be silent and think about where we've been in life and where we're going.
And somehow I think Brixton does the same!
